Lollypop Returns Policy
If your order arrives in a damaged/defective condition please contact Lollypop on 059 97 25993. We will then replace the item once it has been returned to us.
If the goods returned to us are found to not be defective they will be returned to you and you will be charged for any administration and return carriage costs. It is esential that your order be returned in original condition and un-spoilt. Incase of such refunds an exchange or credit note will be issued for later use. Refunds are given at the discretion of the company managment.
What if I've ordered they wrong size?
No Problem! Just contact Lollypop on 059 97 25993 or email emma@lollypopuniforms.ie to let them know what item is wrong and what you need.
Can Parents receive 10% discount rather than school receiving 10% donation?
Yes, the school or the parents association decide on which option suit the schools needs best.
Can I split sizes or do I have to buy a full tracksuit?
No Problem, we normally split the tracksuits so you can buy only what you need. We also know from experience most children need different sizes on tops and bottom's.
Can I pay by Laser card on the evening?
Of course, we can accept all major credit and debit cards, you can also split payments with cash & card if it helps.
Why are you called Lollypop?
Because whenever anyone comes to the shop to try on school uniform they get a Lollypop for being good, even if they are 16! Everyone loves a Lolly! And if your good you might get a lolly to x
